What we process and why
Whatever you send us through the contact form: name, email address, phone if you enter one, and the message itself. They are used only to reply to you, on the basis of your consent when you send it.
A truncated form of the sending IP address is also recorded so that automated submissions can be blocked. That is a legitimate interest in the security of the service and is used for nothing else.
How long we keep them
As long as needed to deal with your enquiry and, afterwards, for as long as any resulting legal obligation requires.
Who else sees them
Nobody, other than the providers that run this site and its email, who process them on our behalf and under contract. They are not sold or transferred, and they do not leave the European Economic Area.
Your rights
You can access your data, correct it, delete it, object to or restrict its processing, and ask for it back in a readable format. Write to hola@guia-ciudad.es and we will sort it out.
If you think we have got it wrong, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency, at www.aepd.es.
